your steam plan does not require daily steaming
you are on the maintenance or moon phase plan
Daily+ - 34 steams - $45
This bag size isrecommended when
your steam plan requires you to steam once/day or more
* If your steam plan advises you to steam twice/day then you can re-use the herbs and get 60 steams.
To reuse the herbs: use a tea ball or bag and remove the herbs before steaming, then store them in the refrigerator to re-use for one more steam (only store for up to 2 days).

⋒ For uterine and vaginal health The Sun blend banishes infection ꃼ viral, bacterial, yeast, excessive discharge, off color discharge, odor, STD’s, HPV. When there is an overgrowth of bacteria or our pelvic ecosystem is out of balance with infections, dampness and odor we add the sun, the sunlight, to stop infection and balance.
⋒ This blend is also helpful in supporting urinary tract ecology for those prone to urinary tract infections. ***Exception: If having an active UTI with hot, burning urine you will need the cooling blend called The Tree.***
