⋒ For uterine health, The River encourages the body to release old, stuck matter which appears during our period as brown, black, dark wine-red blood, a sign there is stagnation in the uterus. When the body struggles to release it we call those cramps. OUCH. Sometimes this unsuccessful attempt to release old, stuck matter presents as serious period pain, headaches, PMS, and more. We can also have stuck emotional energy, an unintentional holding that causes pain, or the pelvis to not clear properly. Remember, the period is a monthly uterine clearing out.

⋒ For those bodies that don’t bleed, The River tincture is also useful for cramps and tension/congestion in the intestinal tract, rectum, prostate, or general abdominal/pelvic.
