Food Therapy For Uterine Fatigue
Uterine Fatigue Food Guidelines
Avoid cleansing diets or herbal cleanses that can cause uterine fatigue.
Avoid cold, raw food since digestion is weak - salads and smoothies are hard on digestion.
Complex Carbohydrates:
sweet potatoes
yams
rice
oats
Healthy Fats:
- avocados 
- fresh seeds 
- olives 
- moderate use of butter, coconut oil, olive oil - Tonify Qi (vital energy) with warming and sweet foods: 
- molasses 
- cherry 
- date, 
- fig, 
- licorice 
- Those with uterine fatigue often have weak digestion as well. 
 Drink digestive aid teas between meals:
- fennel 
- mint 
- ginger 
- cinnamon 
- lemon balm 
- chamomile 
- anise hyssop 
- Mexican tarragon 
- tulsi 
- lemon or lime (or both together is delicious!) in hot water 
- 1tsp unfiltered apple cider vinegar or an herbal-infused oxymel is a good pre-biotic to add to warm or cold water or sparkly juice!
