The Forest herbal “chai” is a digestive tonic based on the ability of turkey tail mushrooms to help the body self-regulate its microbiome with beneficial enzymes and prebiotics. Vana Tulsi with its clove-like flavor is a superior balancer of energies, a liver tonic that helps reduce inflammation and clears stagnation. Burdock root is a nutritive tonic herb found in the forest edge. This blend has just a pinch of prebiotic Chicory root. Can’t get enough of the neuroprotective herb Milky Oats, and finally, Suma root that helps adapt to emotional stress while balancing hormones toning the endocrine system. Douglass Fir tips, Cinnamon bark, and Cardamom pods are the warming harmonizers that take the plant allies where they need to go in the body.

Before use, exercise caution if you are taking medications, pregnant, or nursing.

*My favorite sugar-free sweetener is 3-5 drops of Stevia glycerite (Steviaclear) by Sweet Leaf. This is not an endorsement! I find this to be the best-tasting stevia plant infusion on the market, and when you use just a tiny bit you don’t get that cloying over-sweet stevia taste.
