***Please do not use this blend if you have short cycles (27 days or shorter), interim bleeding, fresh spotting or spontaneous heavy bleeding between periods. ***

Small Bag - 15 steams - 1-month bag $30
Best used when you steam 3x before period, 3x after period, and 1x per week the rest of your cycle, plus adding in a few other steams as desired (before sex, etc). Also recommended when trying out a blend for the first time.
Medium Bag - 30 steams - 1 month bag $40
Best used when you steam once/day - *** If your steam plan advises you to steam twice/day then you can re-use the herbs and get 60 steams
Large Bag - 60 steams - 2 month bag $50 *

⋒ For uterine health, The River encourages the body to release old, stuck matter which appears during our period as brown, black, dark wine-red blood, ꃼ a sign there is stagnation in the uterus. When the body struggles to release it we call those cramps. OUCH. Sometimes this unsuccessful attempt to release old, stuck matter presents as serious period pain, headaches, PMS, and more. We can also have stuck emotional energy, an unintentional holding that causes pain or the pelvis to not cleanse properly. Remember, the period is a monthly clearing or cleanse. This blend can release this emotional energetic holding as well. Also, use this blend for postpartum clearing / cleanse during the 1-2 week time after giving birth.
⋒ For those bodies that don’t bleed, The River blend is also useful for congestion in the prostate or intestinal tract/rectum. Issues with not clearing out fluids, back-up, and stagnation, as well as a constipation pattern. ***Make sure not to steam the penis or testicles.***
